Contacts

The Contacts table lets you record information about people you may need to contact for your maintenance work. In particular, it lists information about people who have previously submitted work requests or may submit requests in future.

Note: Several other tables also store contact information. For example, the Vendors table stores contact information on vendors, while the Personnel table stores contact information for your own personnel. The Contacts table is therefore intended for people who aren't covered by other tables. You might also use the Contacts table to record more complete information on people mentioned in other tables.
