Entries in the Contacts table

Entries in the Contacts table are displayed with an editor window that may contain the following:

Name: The name of the contact (50 characters maximum).
Phone: The contact's phone number.
Other Phone: An alternate phone number for the contact.
Mobile: The contact's mobile phone (if any).
Pager: A pager number for the contact.
Email: An email address for the contact. If you double-click this field, MainBoss will attempt to open your standard mailer so you can send email to the given address.
Comments: Any additional comments you wish to make about this contact.
Save & New: Saves the current record and clears fields in the window so you can enter a new record.
Clone: Creates a new table entry that has the same information as the current entry. The "Name" field in the new entry is blank, so that you can fill in a new code.
Delete: Deletes the current entry.
Save: Saves the current record, but leaves all data as is. You can then continue to edit the same record.
Cancel: Closes the editor window. MainBoss discards any new information or changes that you haven't explicitly saved with Save.
