Priorities

Some organizations may wish to use a priority system to expedite urgent repairs. Although it is not necessary to add priorities, if they are present and a particular priority code is used more frequently than others, you can use Administration —> Preferences —> Work Orders to specify that as the default code.

The Priorities table is a simple table; for more information, see Simple Tables. You access the Priorities browser with Work Orders —> Tables —> Priorities. Entries in the Priorities table consist of:

For example, a code might be URG and the description might be URGENT PRIORITY.
