The Maintenance Status report gives you a quick overview on preventive maintenance for one or more units. For each selected unit, the report shows the most recent preventive maintenance work order and the next expected preventive maintenance work order. In other words, it shows you the last PM and the next PM.
To begin printing a Maintenance Status report, select Units —> Reports —> Maintenance Status from the menu. MainBoss opens a window that contains the following:
- Building: Lets you select a range of buildings whose units will be included in the report.
- Unit: Lets you select a range of units (equipment and spaces) to be included in the report.

- Text format writes the information as plain text.
- DBF format writes the information as a DBF database. This can be opened by programs like Microsoft Excel and Access. For more information, see Exporting Data.
- Close: Closes the print window.
