This section only applies if you have licensed the MainBoss Service module.

MainBoss Service handles communications between MainBoss and other applications. This includes sending and receiving all e-mail messages to and from requestors and assignees, as well as interacting with your web site if you have the Web Access and/or Web Requests module.

For the most up-to-date information on setting up MainBoss Service, as well as complete step-by-step instructions, see the mainboss.com web pages from which you downloaded your software. Material in this manual is only intended to provide background information that will help you make decisions about how you want to set up the service—when you are actually installing and configuring, work from the download web page.
