When you double-click on a message in the configuration program's Message List, the program displays a message log. This log includes the original message received, plus information on how the message has been processed so far. By examining message logs, you can see what @Requests is doing.
The message log begins with lines giving information about the requestor. For a basic message, this information is taken from the Requestor database, based on the requestor's e-mail address; for a formatted message, this information is taken from the message itself.
The next part of the message log tells what has happened to the request since the original message was received. For example, you might see dates and times for when the request was originally placed into the MainBoss database, when it was transferred to a work order, and so on.
The last part of the message log gives the original message as it was received by @Requests.
