When @Requests displays a message log, the display window has a Print button that lets you print the message log. To set up the printer used for printing, select Session —> Printer Setup from the configuration program menu. This opens a normal Windows printer setup dialog that lets you specify printing details.
E-mailing the Requestor: In some cases, you may want to send e-mail to the person who submitted a particular request; for example, you may wish to ask for further details about a problem or to explain something about the progress of the request. The window that displays the message log for a request has a button labeled E-mail Requestor. If you click this button, @Requests will open a window where you can create and send such a message.
