License Keys

License keys are used to specify what MainBoss products you are licensed to use. For example, you might have a license key for MainBoss itself and for MainBoss @Requests. License keys also contain other information; for example, if your license allows you to have three users connected to the MainBoss database simultaneously, that information is stored in the license key.

A license key has the form

AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA-AAAAA

where each A character is either a letter or a number.

You will need to enter a license key when you first install a new software package. You will also need to enter license keys if you upgrade your license, and whenever you renew your Annual Support Plan. In all these situations, you will be sent the license keys you need to enter.
