The Assets Account table lets you record any fixed asset balance sheet account numbers that are used to capitalize equipment in your organization's general ledger. This makes it possible to cross-reference your equipment assets with your general accounts.
The Asset Accounts table is a simple table; for more information, see Simple Tables. You access the Assets Accounts browser with Units —> Tables —> Asset Accounts. Entries in the Asset Accounts table consist of:
For example, a code might be AC154-23 and the description might be EQUIPMENT CAPITAL ASSETS.
