Browsing a simple table

The browser for a simple table displays all the codes and descriptions in the table.

Edit: Lets you change the currently selected entry.
New: Adds a new entry to the list.
Clone: Adds a new entry to the list, starting with information copied from the currently selected entry.
Delete: Deletes the selected item from the table.
Print: Prints all or part of the table.
Search: Searches for a particular record in the table.
Done: Closes the browser window.
