Browsing Service Contracts

The Service Contracts browser lets you record information about new service contracts and edit information about old ones.

To open the Service Contracts browser, select Units —> Service Contracts from the menu. MainBoss displays a window that contains the following:

Code: Identifier codes for the service contracts.
Service Contract: Brief descriptions of the service contracts.
Edit: Lets you edit the currently selected contract. For more information, see Creating and Editing Service Contracts.
New: Adds a new contract to the list. For more information, see Creating and Editing Service Contracts.
Clone: Adds a new contract to the list, starting with information copied from the currently selected entry.
Delete: Deletes the selected contract from the table.
Print: Prints all or part of the table.
Search: Searches for a particular record in the table.
Done: Closes the browser window.
