Special Instructions:

1.  See manufacturer's instructions.
2.  Secure any attached electrical gear.
3.  Notify personnel in area.


Items to Check & Initial Completion:

1. ___ Lower chain hoist and trolley to floor.
2. ___ Inspect trolley bearings and lubricate.  Remove any excess
       lubrication and clean wheels.
3. ___ Inspect gears and bearings on trolley.
4. ___ Inspect travel chain for wear.  Remove any rust or
       corrosion.
5. ___ Inspect chain sprocket and guide eyes for wear.  Re-adjust
       for proper alignment.
6. ___ Inspect hook bearing.
7. ___ Follow manufacturer's suggestions when disassembling clutch/
       brake assembly.  Lubricate as required.  Reassemble.
8. ___ Inspect lift chain for condition.
9. ___ Inspect hook swivel for condition.  Lubricate and.
       reassemble.
10.___ Check safety latch on hook for condition and operation.
       Repair as necessary.
11.___ After inspection and reassembly is completed, return hoist
       and trolley to rail.
12.___ Load test hoist, make any adjustment in clutch/brake as
       required


Tools and Materials:

1.  Standard Tool Kit
2.  Cleaning equipment.  Consult the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for
    hazardous ingredients and proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
3.  Test weight
4.  Grease and grease gun
