Special Instructions:
1. Review manufacturer's instructions.
2. Schedule shut-downs with operating personnel, as needed.
3. Deenergize, lock out and tag fan motor electrical circuit.
Items to Check & Initial Completion:
1. ___ Check fan blades for dust buildup and clean if necessary.
2. ___ Check fan blades and moving parts excessive wear. Clean as needed.
3. ___ Check fan RPM to design specifications.
4. ___ Check bearing collar set screws on fan shaft to make sure they are tight.
5. ___ Vacuum interior of unit if accessible. Clean exterior.
6. ___ Lubricate fan shaft bearings while unit is running. Add grease slowly
until slight bleeding is noted from the seals. Do not over lubricate.
Remove old or excess lubricant.
7. ___ Check belts for wear, adjust tension or alignment, and replace belts when
necessary. Multiple belt drives should be replaced with matched sets.
8. ___ Check structural members, vibration eliminators, and flexible connections.
9. ___ Schedule PM MOTOREL>1HP-A on motor at same time.
10.___ Remove all trash and clean area around fan.

5. Grease guns, lubricants
