Unselecting in a Drop-Down List

Q: I previously selected an entry from a drop-down list. Now I want to clear the field so that nothing is selected. How do I do that?

A: Use the cursor to click on the field, then press <Ctrl+Del>. This clears the field.

You can also clear a drop-down list by right-clicking on the list's arrow and clicking Clear Selection in the resulting menu.
