Q: I've forgotten my administrator password, so I can't use MainBoss Administration. What do I do?

A: Phone or e-mail MainBoss Support for instructions. Please be ready to supply your MainBoss database serial number so that MainBoss Support can confirm you are a registered customer. (You can obtain your database serial number from Help —> About.)
