The Space browser lets you work with the Space table, creating new entries and editing existing ones. To open the Space browser, select Units —> Spaces from the menu. This opens a window that contains the following:
- Building: The building where the space is located.
- Space: An identification code for each space.
- Description: A one-line description of each space.
- Edit: Lets you edit the entry that is currently selected in the list.
- New: Creates a new entry. For more information, see Creating and Editing a Space Description.
- Clone: Creates a new space entry, copying most of the information for the new entry from the (old) entry that is currently selected in the list.
- Delete: Deletes an existing entry.
- Print: Prints one or more entries. For more information on printing space entries, see Units.
- Search: Searches for a particular space in the table.
- Done: Closes the browser.
