Entries in the Buildings table

Entries in the Buildings table are displayed with an editor window that may contain the following:

Code: A unique code identifying the building (15 characters maximum).
Desc.: The name of the building or some other identifying description (50 characters maximum).
Address: Up to two lines giving the street address.
City: The city where the building is located.
State: The state/province/territory where the building is located.
Country: The country where the building is located.
ZIP: The ZIP code/postal code.
Save & New: Saves the current record and clears fields in the window so you can enter a new record.
Clone: Creates a new table entry that has the same information as the current entry. The "Code" field in the new entry is blank, so that you can fill in a new code.
Delete: Deletes the current entry.
Save: Saves the current record, but leaves all data as is. You can then continue to edit the same record.
Cancel: Closes the editor window. MainBoss discards any new information or changes that you haven't explicitly saved with Save.
