AIR COMPRESSOR
1. ___ Drain tank and check traps
2. ___ Change compressor oil and check pressure
3. ___ Check belt(s), replace as required
4. ___ Change intake filters as required
5. ___ Check unloaders and check valves
6. ___ Check pressure safety valve
7. ___ Check motor operating conditions and lube
8. ___ Check P.E. switch, starter and alternator
9. ___ Record compressor run time. If excessive, check for
leak(s)
REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER
1. ___ Check refrigerant pressure (33#)
2. ___ Check refrigerant temperature (35 degrees F)
3. ___ Clean condenser coil and cover grill
4. ___ Check drain trap and bypass valves
FILTER AND PRESSURE REDUCING STATION
1. ___ Check filters. Replace as needed.
2. ___ Check oil filter. Replace as needed.
3. ___ Check pressure reducing valve settings
4. ___ Check low pressure safety valve
ALTERNATOR
1. ___ Check operation and setting
2. ___ Check all electrical connections
BOILER, CHILLER, CONVERTOR, PUMPS AND ZONE VALVES
1. ___ Calibrate all controllers
2. ___ Calibrate all transmitters and receiver gauges
3. ___ Check all P.E. switches
4. ___ Check all control valves. Repack those on repack
schedule. Repack leaking valves and record all repack
dates.
5. ___ Check all pilot positioners
6. ___ Check all auxiliary control devices
FAN SYSTEMS AND HVAC UNIT CONTROLS
1. ___ Review sequence of operation
2. ___ Check all dampers and lube with silicone based
lubricant
3. ___ Check pilot positioners
4. ___ Check all control valves. Repack those on repack
schedule. Repack leaking valves and record all repack
dates.
5. ___ Calibrate all controllers
6. ___ Calibrate all transmitters and receiver gauges
7. ___ Check solenoid air valves, P.E. switches and air
valves
8. ___ Check all auxiliary control devices
9. ___ Perform housekeeping on control panels
