GROUNDSPM-SA Grounds Inspection - Semi-Annual

Note: PM is based on a Semi-Annual Inspection. Maintenance may determine to
inspect on a more or less frequent basis.

Items to Check & Initial Completion:

1.___ Inspect lawn and other turf areas including borders for traffic damage;
      color; density; sparse or bare spots; weeds; undesirable grasses; disease;
      and or insect damage. Check also for erosion; silt deposits; waterborne
      debris; excessive height.
2.___ Inspect trees and shrubs in landscaped areas for vigor; trimming
      requirements; interference with utilities and or buildings, injury from
      mowers, structural integrity, storm damage, disease and or insect damage.
3.___ Inspect border strips and areas seeded to rough grasses for poisonous or
      noxious weeds; rogue seedling trees; erosion and silt deposits, lack of
      vigor; and or bare spots.
4.___ Inspect woodlands for erosion; dead and or diseased trees; damaged
      and or hollow trees; excess vegetation that may spread ground fire;
      obstruction of path and or roadways.
5.___ Inspect dams, dikes, emergency spillways, hillsides, diversion channels,
      and or culverts for damage from; erosion, burrowing animals, excess
      vegetation or lack of vegetation, debris, physical damage, blockage and or
      piping damage.
6.___ Inspect playing field surfaces for excess vegetation, bald spots, erosion,
      sink holes, burrowing animal holes and general condition of turf.
7.___ Inspect sprinkler/irrigation systems nozzles, sprays, hoses, piping and
      valves for rust, corrosion, blockage, damage, leakage and coverage.
8.___ Inspect flood irrigation systems including delivery channels, gates, flow
      control and water turnout works; border dikes for any type of damage or
      blockage.
