Special Instructions:
1. Notify operational personnel before shut down.
2. Secure fan and tag switch.
3. Maintenance personnel must wear NIOSH approved protective clothing and
equipment when servicing filters involving hazardous materials, i.e.,
research laboratories, chemical laboratories, photographic development labs,
etc.
4. Follow manufacturer's recommendations for handling, transporting, cleaning or
shipping filters.
Items to Check & Initial Completion:
1.___ Remove old filters and place in plastic bags.
2.___ Clean filter holder, rack and surrounding area.
3.___ Install new filter.
4.___ Place cleaning materials in plastic bags for disposal if work involves
hazardous materials.
5.___ Remove tags, restore power and check for proper operation.
