Vendors

You can use the Vendors table to record information about people and companies outside your organization. Vendors typically fall into the following classes:

Suppliers who sell you maintenance materials.
Outside contractors who may be hired from time to time to do specialized work. For example, if you don't have a plumber on staff, you probably want your Vendors table to record contact information for the plumber(s) you call when necessary.
People or organizations who provide you with service contracts.
