Work Order Reports

The Work Orders | Reports section of the control panel lets you obtain the following reports about your work orders:

Work Orders by Assignee Report: prints off work orders in batches, one batch for each assignee; for example, if you have workers A, B and C assigned to work orders, the print-out consists of all A's assigned work orders, followed by all B's assigned work orders, then all C's assigned work orders

Work Order History Report: information on past work orders

Work Order State History Report: a history of when work orders changed their state or status

Work Order History by Assignee Report: information on past work orders, grouped by assignee

Work Orders Summary Report: a summary of past work orders

Work Order Summary by Assignee Report: a summary of past work orders, grouped by assignee

Work Order State History Summary Report: a summary of when work orders changed their state or status

Chargeback History Report: information on past chargebacks on work orders

Chargeback Summary Report: a quick summary of selected chargebacks

Chargeback Activities Report: information about individual activities in chargebacks

Work Order Resource Demand Report: items, labor and miscellaneous costs in work orders

Work Order Items Report: use of inventory items in work orders

Work Order Hourly Inside Report: use of hourly inside labor in work orders

Work Order Per Job Inside Report: use of per job inside labor in work orders

Work Order Hourly Outside Report: use of hourly outside labor in work orders

Work Order Per Job Outside Report: use of per job outside labor in work orders

Work Order Miscellaneous Expenses Report: use of miscellaneous expenses in work orders

Receipt Activity Report: lists information about receipts
