You can examine the contents of an e-mail request (and can add comments to the message) by going to Administration | MainBoss Service | E-mail Requests and clicking Edit. This opens a window that contains the following:
Number: The number assigned to the request.
Received: The date-time the message was received.
E-mail: The e-mail address of the person who sent the message.
State: The current state of the request.
Comments: An area where you can record comments about the message and/or request.
Original E-mail: The text of the original e-mail message.
