A number of reports are available under Purchase Orders | Reports:

The On Order report lists items that are currently on order from your suppliers. For more, see On Order Report.
The Receiving report lists information about receipts. For more, see Receiving Report.
The Purchase Summary report summarizes information from a collection of purchase orders. For more, see Purchase Order Summary Report.
The Purchase History report provides more detailed information about your purchase orders. For more, see Purchase Order History.
The Purchase Order State History provides information about the history of changes in selected purchase orders. For more, see Purchase Order State History Report.
The Purchase Order Status Statistics report provides statistics about changes to purchase orders (e.g. how long a purchase order stayed in a particular state). For more, see Purchase Order Status Statistics Report.
