@Requests uses e-mail messages to inform the requestor about the progress of a work request. These e-mail messages are called acknowledgements.
Acknowledgements are sent at the following times:
- When @Requests successfully creates a work request based on the original e-mail submission.
- When @Requests sees that the work request has been transferred into a work order.
- When @Requests sees that the work order has been completed.
- If @Requests sees that the work request or work order has been voided.
- If @Requests sees that a completed or voided work request has been reopened.
- If @Requests sees that a work order has been rescheduled to have a different start time.
