Obtaining Information about MAIL8

Syntax:

          EXPLain [topic]

Examples:

          expl

          explain index

Description:

EXPLain explains a MAIL8 command or some other topic related to MAIL8.

          EXPLain INDEX

gives a list of topics for explanations can be provided.

          EXPLain

on its own provides a summary of all commands.

Outside of MAIL8, the TSS EXPLAIN command can provide on-line documentation similar to that obtained through the MAIL8 EXPLain command. For example,

          explain mail8 index

displays an index of topics that thes TSS EXPLAIN command can explain.
