BATCH - status messages from JSTS, JMON and JRUN.

Any message in the following list may be returned in response to a query about a batch job by the JRN, JSTS or JMON commands.

STATUS CHANGING
system does not know exactly what the job is doing
READING-RMT
job is being read into system from a remote site (your terminal)
READING-CR
job is being read in from a card-reader
READING-MT
job is being read in from a magnetic tape
WAIT-ALOC
job is waiting for the allocator to put it into contention for resources
WAIT-PERIP
job is waiting for peripherals (files, etc.)
WAIT-CORE
job is waiting for core
IN HOLD
job is being held by the operator or by the system because a tape or pack is not yet available
IN LIMBO
jobs is waiting for operator to complete special setup, i.e. it is waiting for the operator to say he has found the tapes and disks that will have to be mounted later
EXECUTING
the job is running
SWAPPED
your job has been temporarily removed from memory to allow other jobs to run
WAIT-MEDIA
job is waiting for the completion of a tape or disk mount request
IN SIEVE
job's resource requirements exceed those established at the central site
OVERDUE
the system has been unable to run your job for quite a while
IN RESTART
the system is restarting your job after a crash; it usually will start in the activity it was in when the system died
TERMINATING
your job is in the system termination procedure
JOB NOT ACCESSIBLE
job is either not in the system, or it is in SYSOUT but SYSOUT is swapped right now
NOT IN SYSTEM
same as JOB NOT ACCESSIBLE
IS IN <queue> CLASS <time>
the job is in the queue <queue>; <time> is the time when the job entered the system (see "expl batch queues")
IS IN .HOLD CLASS [<time>]
job is in the hold queue; if a time is shown, it is the time the job is waiting for to start
OUTPUT WAITING [ID=<id>]
output is ready to be jouted (see "expl jout") or printed/punched; the id field is present if the job was submitted from a remote terminal; <id> is the two character line id
OUTPUT STARTED [ID=<id>]
output has started to print/punch
OUTPUT COMPLETE [ID=<id>]
output has finished printing/punching
OUTPUT RELEASED [ID=<id>]
output has been released without printing/punching
