F.GSMC - get starting SMC llink number.

Usage:

llink = f.gsmc( device );

Where:

device: is the right-justified, zero-filled, three-character BCD device name of the device whose SMC start is to be found.
llink: is the llink number of the first llink of the SMC for hash bucket zero.

Description:

F.GSMC is used to find the start of the SMC on any drive. Used in conjunction with the B lib function SMC.HASH, the start of any SMC hash chain can be found.
