B/MANIF/TSSDEV defines the symbolic names for the remote terminal type codes. These are the device type codes returned by DRL TERMTP.
Before SR2500, these symbols were defined by the UST manifest file, so programs that need to be compiled on releases earlier than SR2500 may also need to include B/MANIF/UST.
Some of these names are hopelessly out of date. .DV04 (terminal type 5) was the name for the old 4 line VIP760. Terminal code 5 is now used for one of the CII Questar terminals.
