IORSYM - symbols for use with IO PMMEs.

Description:

B/MANIF/IORSYM defines symbols for use with certain PMME's. These symbols define parameter block sizes, input option bits and function codes, symbolic names for output values, etc. The PMMEs are mostly those introduced as part of the "IO Restructuring" project. A GMAP programmer would obtain these values by loading the .A6HSY set of symbols.
