KEYWORDS - option keywords currently in use.

Description:

Below we describe the keywords currently in use. At the top of each description we show the accepted one-letter abbreviation of the keyword; after each description, we show the accepted two-letter abbreviation.

applies the command to all available data objects, rather than a select few. (ALl)
(+|-)Ascii
indicates ASCII output. (AScii)
(+|-)Bcd
indicates BCD output. (BCd)
(+|-)Blanks
deals with trailing or multiple blanks. (BLanks)
(+|-)Case
indicates the case of input or output; "+" means upper case, "-" means lower. (CAse)
(+|-)Catalogs
applies the command to catalogs. (CaTalogs)
(+|-)Clear
clears/initializes a library or some other data object. (CLear)
(+|-)Error
stops execution on an error. (ERror)
(+|-)Files
applies the command to files. (FIles)

indicates that input or output is in a special formatted form. (FOrmatted)

executes after compiling. (GO)

allows printing of headings for output. (HeaDings)

respects case differences. (RespectCase)

indicates that input is in ROFFable form or else asks that output be prepared in ROFFable form. (RoFf)

indicates that the command may or may not operate on structured media. (STructured)

indicates whether or not tables (e.g. symbol tables or debug tables) should be produced. (TAbles)

requests more information about each data object. (VerBose)

accesses a file with write permissions. (WRite)

specifies a pathname to be used in a command. (PathName)

Update=
old Ranelib= option; indicates random library to be updated with results of compilation/assembly. (UPdate)
Use=
list of names for $USE card. (USe)
Userid=
userid for operation. (UseRid)
