GEUSER - user-supplied MME.

MME GEUSER is supplied to let sites write their own MMEs. Code for these MMEs should be stored in the module ".MUMME". This module will be invoked if a program issues the call

mme     geuser

If the .MUMME module is not present, MME GEUSER will abort the calling program.

The format of a call to MME GEUSER is site-specified. MME GEUSER may not be used during a courtesy call.
