DRL T.RSCC (octal 101) - read system controller clock.

Description:

DRL T.RSCC returns the contents of the system controller clock in the AQ in microseconds. The contents of the clock are returned in AQ(20-71) and AQ(0-19) is cleared.

Note that this derail is now unnecessary, since you can do an RSCR instruction directly without having to call the executive.
