DRL PASFLR (octal 60) - submit batch job with JOUT.

Usage:

drl    pasflr
zero   L(snumb),L(buffer)

Where:

snumb
is the snumb obtained by DRL SNUMB.
buffer
is a 325-word work area provided by the caller.

Description:

DRL PASFLR behaves the same as DRL SPAWN except that it forces JOUT disposition on the job passed.
