DRL PASAFT (octal 22) - pass list of files to subsystem.

Usage:

drl    pasaft
zero   L(buff),L(max) or 0

Where:

max: contains the maximum number of files to be passed in bits 0-17. If "max" is zero, all file names are passed.
buff: is defined by BSS 2*(number of files in AFT)+1.

Description:

DRL PASAFT places either the first "n" AFT names or all user AFT names in the area specified. The first word returned in "buff" contains the number of active files in bits 18-35. Subsequent word pairs in "buff" give the eight character names of the files in the AFT.
