drl part zero L(fileid),n
DRL PART releases a portion of a temporary file. If "n" is greater than or equal to the number of links in the file, the file is reduced to one link.
On return, the result of the derail is indicated in the upper half of the A-register. C(AU) is zero if the request is satisfied and 1 if the file is non-existent or is not a temporary file. If the request is satisfied, the file is rewound.
