DRL NEWUSR (octal 35) - logon new user without disconnect.

Usage:

drl newusr

Description:

Unless the calling subsystem is NEWU, the functions of DRL NEWUSR are ignored. DRL NEWUSR allows one user to logoff and another to logon without disconnecting the remote terminal. The accounting functions are performed for the first user. The UST is reinitialized and the time reset for the new user. The NEW subsystem is then enabled to logon the new user. If NEWU was called with a charge number, only the charge number and accounting factors are initialized after the accounting functions have been performed; no change of userids occurs. Control returns to the build mode level.
