DRL ATTRI (octal 70) - pick up user's attributes.

Usage:

drl    attri
zero   L(dest),L(fileid)
zero   L(buf),L(stat)

Where:

dest
is a 57-word buffer in the user's memory to store the attribute information.
fileid
is a two-word filename in ASCII.
buf
is a 158-word working buffer used by the file system.
stat
is a one-word status return location.

Description:

IDS subsystems that access permanent IDS files need access to the file attribute information. This information is maintained by the file system in the type 7 block. This derail will allow a subsystem to retrieve the attribute information.
